Our grain-fed beef is locally sourced from the New England and North West regions of New South Wales, before being processed by our local butcher. Our grain-fed cattle spend the majority of their lives grazing grasses and pastures, before being fed a grain-based diet.
Feeding a grain-based diet in purpose-built facilities is a complementary system that ensures cattle have the right fat content for ideal texture and taste.
