WHO WE ARE
Outlaw Cattle Co. was born with the intention of supplying people with premium quality, ethical beef. Our dream of Outlaw Cattle Co. came to realisation in 2022 after a whole life in the cattle industry as consumers, farmers, managers and contractors. We decided to partner with some of our most admired beef producers both locally and Australia-wide to bring consumers a unique eating experience.
Our grain-fed, grass-fed and Gooniyandi beef is responsibly sourced from selected farms around Australia. It is important to us that the producers we choose share our core business values – integrity, sustainability, and most importantly, responsibility for both the health of the land and the cattle. We believe that this has a profound impact on the quality of beef produced, as the cattle lead a happy, healthy life with limited stress.
Meet Ben AND Carlie
We are Ben and Carlie, a husband-and-wife team and the brains behind the Outlaw Cattle Co. operation. We make our home, along with our two beautiful children, in Northern NSW; and we love every aspect of life on the land. Our beef has been enjoyed in fine dining restaurants throughout Australia and the world.
Having been involved in the cattle industry our entire lives as farmers, contractors, managers, and consumers, we noticed a gap in the market when it came to supplying fresh, quality and sustainable beef to urban areas of New South Wales. We decided in 2022 that it was time to start a new beef journey.
We believe that sustainable farming is the way of the future and essential to the advancement of the cattle industry. We implement sustainable practices into our business model from how the cattle are raised to how the beef is distributed. We are dedicated to helping our farmers and supplying our customers with delicious, nutritious and quality beef.
